ENGINE

  1. Engine- ready to race 4 stroke 525-53 hp or a 450-49 hp, internal info only 
  2. Hydraulic clutch offers smooth consistent operation from start to finish.
  3. Clutch cover designed into engine side cover for quick service of clutch
  4. Engine uses one engine oil for gearbox and engine with no external oil tank
  5. Side case on engine includes an engine oil site glass for quick oil level checks
  6. Engine has two main oil filters, two bottom end strainers and a drain magnet
  7. Valve adjustment is very easy in chassis, no shims or teardown needed.
  8. Spark plug can be serviced with out any restrictions from fuel tank or plastic.
  9. Radiator is state of the art with the correct capacity shape and installed angle
  10. Cooling system is thermostatically controlled with a temp. controlled fan.
  11. Magura Clutch system uses mineral based fluid in the system not brake fluid.
  12. The clutch system performance and durability proved to be outstanding

CONTROLS

  1. Hand levers are adjustable for front brake and clutch system free play.
  2. Rear brake lever with bearing pivot is aluminum and fully adjustable.
  3. Reverse lever is located so clutch and Rev are controlled by the same hand
  4. Shifter is strong light weight aluminum with good grip             
  5. Parking brake system utilizes front brake master cylinder, no extra weight
